The feta-pasta dish became famous from TikTok and has now become a favourite in many homes - and there’s no wonder why. This rich and creamy pasta will make your tastebuds dance! Here’s my take on the dish.

Preheat the oven on 200 C
In a deep oven tray, place the feta blocks and tomatoes. Grate the garlic on top and mix with the tomatoes. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Check after 30 minutes - the tomatoes should have some colour and should be starting to crack. While the feta is in the oven, boil the pasta as instructed on the package. Keep 2-3 ladle-fulls of the pasta water when done.
Remove the feta from the oven when finished and gently squash the feta and tomatoes with a fork (careful when mushing the tomatoes as tomato juices may squirt out and this is extremely hot). Mix together adding pasta water as needed to make the sauce nice and creamy. Finally add the feta sauce to your pasta and it is ready to serve.
